Racquel Smith's husband, Will Smith was fatally shot during a road rage incident and also that accident injured Racquel over the weekend, in April 12, 2016.

She suffered a gunshot wound to the right leg and her injury was non-life-threatening. Will's death and is held on one count of second-degree murder.
