Sienna Rae Warner's father, Kurt Warner played football at Regis High School in Cedar Rapids, graduating in 1989. He signed a one-year, $4-million contract with the Arizona Cardinals, in early 2005.

On February 14, 2006, Warner signed a three-year contract extension with the Cardinals. The contract's base salary was $18 million, and it could have been worth as much as $24 million with bonuses and options.

Sienna Rae Warner grandfather, Gene and grandmother is, Sue Warner. Warner's grandparents divorced when her father, Kurt was six. Kurt and his brother, Matt, lived with their mother, including through another short marriage and divorce.

Kurt's father, Gene Warner, remarried a year after divorcing Kurt's mother. Warner's stepmother, Mimi Warner, also had a son named Matt (Post).

The three boys formed a close relationship soon thereafter. Kurt graduated in 1989 from Regis High School, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he was quarterback of the school's Class 3A football team.
